By accessing our website (trainingjaipur.com), submitting an enquiry form, or enrolling in any course, internship, or coaching program offered by Training Jaipur (a venture of Euonus IT Pvt. Ltd.), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Training Jaipur provides IT training, academic coaching, internship programs, and related educational services in both online and offline formats. Course content, duration, batch timings, and fees are subject to change with prior notice. Details communicated at the time of enrollment shall prevail.
Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of the applicable fees and completion of registration formalities. Students must provide accurate personal information. Training Jaipur reserves the right to refuse or cancel enrollment if information provided is found to be false or if the student fails to meet program prerequisites.
Course fees must be paid as per the payment schedule agreed at enrollment. All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Fees once paid are generally non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy below. Installment plans, if offered, must be adhered to; failure to pay installments may result in suspension from classes.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of enrollment and before attending more than two classes. A processing fee may be deducted from approved refunds. No refunds shall be issued after course materials have been shared, certification exams attempted, or after the refund window has elapsed. Batch transfers may be permitted at the institute's discretion.
Students are expected to maintain regular attendance and respectful conduct toward trainers, staff, and fellow students. Disruptive behaviour, plagiarism, sharing of proprietary course materials without permission, or misuse of institute facilities may result in immediate termination without refund.
Certificates are issued upon successful completion of course requirements including attendance, assignments, and projects. Placement assistance is provided as a support service and does not guarantee employment. Outcomes depend on individual performance, market conditions, and employer requirements.
All course materials, videos, presentations, and proprietary content provided by Training Jaipur remain the intellectual property of Euonus IT Pvt. Ltd. Students may use materials for personal learning only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written consent is prohibited.
Training Jaipur shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by the student for the specific program in question.
You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false enquiries, or engage in activity that could harm the institute, its systems, or other users. We reserve the right to block access for violations.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
